Napa Valley's Workforce / Education
Napa Valley's workforce is comprised of high quality individuals who are educated and trained to meet todays business world. The Universities of Berkeley, Davis, and Stanford are close by and supply a constant source of graduates to the area. Local businesses, high schools, Napa Valley College, and Pacific Union College have formed active alliances in order to prepare graduates for the workplace. One example is the creation of New Technology High School (NTHS), which is a State and National Department of Education Demonstration Site as well as a California Model Digital High School.
